WHERE TO FLY INTO

Planning your trip to Festival Eritrea? Here are several airport options to consider when flying into the Northern California/Bay Area region. Choose the one that best suits your travel needs:

SFO

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) – One of California’s largest airports, with extensive flight options.

SMF

Sacramento International Airport (SMF) – Offers a wide range of domestic and international connections.

OAK

Oakland International Airport (OAK) – A convenient Bay Area airport with great rental car and transit access.

SJC

San Jose International Airport (SJC) – Serves many West Coast and international routes.

Each of these airports provides solid access to the Festival venue, and all major car rental companies and transit services are available for your onward travel. Be sure to book your flight early, especially if you're planning to arrive during peak festival days!

WHERE TO STAY

The Festival Committee has carefully curated a selection of hotel options to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay for all our guests. We've partnered with trusted hotels offering a variety of amenities, price points, and close proximity to the Festival grounds.

To secure your accommodations, please review the options below and complete the form to indicate your preferences. Rooms are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly encourage early booking, as the deadline to reserve is July 1, 2025.

For safety and security reasons, exact hotel locations will only be shared closer to the Festival date. All accommodations have been carefully selected for cleanliness, reliability, and value. Special rates are available for a limited time and exclusively through this form, so don’t delay, submit your request as soon as possible.

When will hotel locations be released?

Hotel locations will be released at a closer date to festival. More information will be shared to those who have booked.

What is the age requirement for booking?

Hilton: Must be 21+.

Hampton: Must be 18+.

Please bring a valid ID to check-in.

How will I know if my reservation is confirmed?

Upon completing the form, you’ll receive an email with booking details and a receipt confirming your reservation. Confirmation number and hotel details will be provided at a later date.

Will guests be charge immediately or at check-in?

Your card won't be charged until check-in.

Is there a parking fee?

There is no parking fee for hotel guests, it is free.

What is the cancellation policy?

Guests have free cancellation until Wednesday July 2nd, after which they will be charged.

Weather

Festival Eritrea takes place during California’s warm season, so come prepared for plenty of sunshine and outdoor fun! Expect daytime temperatures to range from the mid-80s to low 90s°F (29–34°C), with cooler evenings.
