Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Festival Eritrea. To ensure the event runs smoothly and reflects the cultural values of our community, all vendors must agree to the following terms and conditions. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these rules. Failure to adhere may result in removal from the festival grounds without refund.

1. Load-In/Load-Out Procedures

• Vendors are permitted to load and unload by driving onto the festival grounds between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

• Vendors arriving after 10:00 AM will not be allowed to drive into the festival grounds. Instead, they must park in general parking and use their own carts or dollies to transport goods.

• ​When vendors are not actively loading or unloading during the designated 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM window, they must park in general parking.

• Please plan accordingly to avoid delays or disruptions.

2. Food and Beverage Policy

• No outside food or drinks are allowed into the festival grounds.

• All bags, boxes, and containers will be subject to inspection upon entry.

• This is for the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.

3. Vendor Booth and Space Usage

• Each vendor ticket covers one tent/booth and is for one business only.

• Sharing your tent or space with another vendor or business is strictly prohibited.

• If found sharing or subletting your space, you will be immediately removed from the grounds without refund.

4. Product Standards and Restrictions

• All products sold must adhere to festival standards and contribute positively to the cultural celebration.

• You must clearly identify your business and provide a list of intended products for approval prior to the event.

• Prohibited items include (but are not limited to):

  • Religious materials of any kind

  • Representations including flags of neighboring countries

  • Any anti-Eritrea, anti-Eritrean people, or seditious materials (e.g. books, posters, shirts)

• This is a celebration of Eritrean history, culture, and identity. All vendors must respect this spirit.

• Items or messaging intended to provoke, offend, or cause division will not be tolerated.

5. Agreement and Compliance

By reading and agreeing with this agreement, you confirm that:

• You understand and will comply with all vendor terms listed above (and any updates).

• You acknowledge that violation of any term may result in the revocation of your vendor privileges and immediate removal from the event without refund.
